PILGRIMAGE
Each year, to a place in proximity to the 24/7 Prayer International Gathering, GOHOP takes time to visit - to make pilgrimage to- ancient and modern monastic communities. Pilgrimage is not mere travel or tourism, but prayerful, respectful journeying with the intent to encounter God and learn from Christian prayer communities, past and present.
In the Fall of 2017, several from the GOHOP team, as well as other friends and companions, made pilgrimage to Iona, the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, Durham and Northumbria.
