Prayer Truck
Each July we rent a U-Haul truck, convert it into an outdoor prayer room, and park it in an alley behind the Living Rock. From there we offer cold water, prayer, and friendship. The prayer truck has become GOHOP's "front porch", a place where people are welcomed and friendships begin. It's a holy place where miracles happen each year.
Contact us if you would like to become a "truck buddy" - that is, to volunteer for a 4 or 5 hour shift to hand out water and be available to talk and pray.
Before the Prayer Truck launches we offer training for anyone interested in volunteering as a truck buddy.
